Auditor

On behalf of the General Meeting, the auditors review Hoist Finance’s financial reporting and accounting records, as well as the administration by the Board of Directors and the CEO.

The external auditors are responsible for auditing the company’s annual accounts and accounting records and the administration of the Board of Directors and the CEO. After every financial year, the auditors shall present an audit report to the AGM. 

At the AGM 2026 the registered public accounting firm EY AB was re-elected as the company’s auditor until the end of the next AGM. Authorized Public Accountant Daniel Eriksson, born 1973, is Auditor in Charge.
